RtK process is flaky, with multiple broken steps including taking photos of a government-issued ID.
You can try mailing datenschutz@telekom.de – I was able to get their attention by coming in via the parent company and letting on that I know what a California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) complaint is.
This seems to be a good one to RtK – they are somehow sending Facebook events about me even though I have not been a customer.
